A’Esha Goins, visionary, entrepreneur and strategist with a passion for micro business development and cannabis advocacy, is an internationally recognized Certified Business Coach and Cannabis Subject Matter Expert who has been actively involved in the Cannabis industry since 2013.
In 2015 she created the blog Blackabis.com to break the stigma Black Americans have around issues of marijuana use, decriminalization and legalization.

In 2016 Ms. Goins lobbied as a non-paid lobbyist in the Nevada State Legislative Session. In the 2019 session Ms. Goins taught Lobbying 101 in the Nevada Women’s Lobby Day along with becoming a Subcontracted Lobbyist for The Griffin Company. She ended the session with assuring there will be a Governor Assisted Cannabis Small Business Pilot Program.

In 2017 A’Esha founded Cannabis equity and Inclusion community *CEIC an organization that is focused on creating freedom, equity and opportunities in the cannabis industry.
In 2019 she was appointed to the Governor’s Cannabis Advisory Commission and currently is the chair of the social equity and diversity subcommittee.
In May 2018 A’Esha launched Black Joy Consulting. Black Joy consulting is a consulting firm focused on coaching small business to their success and assisting corporations, campaigns and nonprofit organizations strategize grass root campaigns that will impact hard to reach communities.
